Pack Your Items
Carefully pack the unused Hario products in their original retail packaging, ensuring all glass components are securely protected to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.
Receive Your Refund
